Jessica did the myofascial release therapy on me two days ago and it was amazing. I injured my neck and shoulder over 20 years ago, have had physical therapy and chiropractic therapy on both numerous times over the years with minimal if any improvement. One hour with Jessica did more to decrease the pain and improve my mobility than all of it, including the 18 weeks of PT I just finished a few weeks back. I slept better since the therapy than I have in as long as I can remember and woke up both mornings with zero pain in my neck. Just amazing!
